Step 3. Complete your notary application and bond on your profile.
Step 4. Download your notary application and print it out.
Step 5. Sign and date your notary application. Wet ink signatures are
required.
Step 6. Mail your completed notary application, paid invoice and
certificate of completion (if applicable) to:

Online Application Process
What to expect after you submit your notary application to Aaron Notary:
•Normal Processing time takes approximately 30 business days, unless, you pay for Rush Service, in which, the processing time is approximately 15
business days.
•Please review your profile for status updates.
•Once your application is approved, we will be sending notifications via email. Check your spam folder.
•Your commission certificate and notary seal will be sent to you separately via mail.
Incomplete applications may cause your Notary Appointment to be delayed.
